HISTORY

In 1995 , the merger of three large international holding companies, MOTOROLA (USA), PIDC (Israel), and CIRSA (Spain), created WIN Sistems Ltd , whose core business is the integration of RTA (Real Time Application) systems:

OLTP (Online Transaction Processing Services) are designed for the gaming world: managing lotteries, race tracks, video lotteries, gambling, etc.
SBU (Systems Business Unit) is used to control peripheral electrical energy, gas, oil, and water plants.
Win Sistems Ltd quickly opened affiliates in Argentina, Spain, Venezuela, Italy and the United States.

Working synergistically with their respective research and development centers, they implemented Motorola SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems (known as MOSCAD) and even stipulated a Strategic Alliance with Motorola for South America.

In 2000 the Rome affiliate transformed into a limited liability company under Italian law known as WIN Italia S.r.l. , it engaged in research and application of integrated systems for online gaming and began developing and formulating software and hardware for RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) systems.

In July 2000 following the restructuring and reorganization of the MOTOROLA group (USA) and companies associated with it, 50% of WIN Italia S.r.l. was transferred to UNITEAM S.p.A.

In 2003 UNITEAM S.p.A. became the partner of reference of WIN Italia S.r.l. which changed its name to WIN CAT S.r.l. (Computer Aided Traceability) .
